I was craving tacos and brought the three amigos with me to Tacos Santiaguito. We came at the right time, no line and no wait. The menu was straight up and didn't have weird trendy items. I ordered three carne asada tacos and one chorizo. I was then asked how much cilantro I wanted which was awesome. Too much can be overbearing. The tacos were spot on and very well balanced. The tortilla was pliable but still crispy. The chorizo was rich in flavor but not overbearingly salty, nor greasy (that means it's healthy to eat right?...). The carne asada had that tender flavor but had just the right amount of char and was not dry. I definitely recommend this truck to team-carnivore types and will be returning to try their burrito and their alambre. ”
